Some of her moves are a little more tricky in this video, I found myself tripping over my feet a couple times but I am sure I will get it soon. I love that you can select to have talking or no talking and just music on this DVD, I love that you can select which miles you want to do and they are all separated even if you choose full workout so you can stop after two miles if you want. I just tried this one today and I love it. Great video, you can build on this, wonderful value and excellent workout.
